Innovation Partners in Action (IPA) GHANA – TOGO – USA is a non-denominational Christian Mission Agency and a non-profit making organization based in Ghana, Togo and USA and currently represented in the following francophone African countries: Ivory Coast, Burkina-Faso and Benin.

We believe in God’s accomplished mission for our present world and eternity. This mission must remain the major concern of every forward-looking Christian. The immediate goal of God’s mission (Missio-Dei) for the lost humanity is simply the Holistic Salvation in our Lord Jesus- Christ; we presently enjoy, as well, the foretaste of the kingdom of God that leads to eternity, theologically described as the ultimate goal of God’s mission.

Our purpose is to make real the importance of Innovation in every aspect of human’s life. Innovation is a process by which a field, product, service or idea is renewed and updated by applying new processes, introducing new techniques or establishing successful ideas to create new value. Value creation is a defining characteristic of innovation.

Our Mission is to promote: – A Whole life Training by emphasizing not only academic excellence but also personal growth through the dynamics of the Holy Spirit. – Worldwide Missions by reaching our generation with the Gospel of Christ for every culture. – Raising African Leaders through training God-fearing leaders in multidisciplinary skills.

Created in 1997 in Ghana, the mission was initially called ‘Gospel for All and Social Aid Mission’ (GASAM). The mission trained a few missionaries in the mission field and later went into joint venture with Ghana Evangelical Missionary Institute (GEMI) for many years. During this period, many missionaries and pastors from different churches, currently serving around the globe, were trained to the glory of God.

Rev. Prof. Kwasi Nouwode, the founding president of GASAM had the privilege to serve as the principal of GEMI affiliated to the World Link University, USA.

In the year 2000, GASAM had the opportunity to organize a medical mission outreach in Hahotoe, Togo. The outreach was assisted by Christian Mission Resources Foundation (CMRF) in Accra.

The medical personnel involved included: medical doctors, nurses and pharmacists. 2500 patients were treated free of charge and 500 souls were won to the sheepfold of Christ and sent to the various Bible believing churches in the community. This occasion gave GASAM the opportunity to register its outlet in Togo.

The GASAM school of Divinity was then established to train pastors in the community and missionary training continues… In the year 2016 GASAM was renamed Innovation Partners in Action (IPA). In 2020 the USA branch started its germination under the leadership of a couple Missionary Marcel and Shalom Amona.

IPA is currently a member of Ghana Evangelical Missions Association (GEMA). In the same year, Innovation Partners in Action (IPA) joined Word and Spirit Divinity College and Theological Seminary, West Africa, HO in its partnership with St. Thomas -a- Becket University, Canterbury UK. Since then, IPA became the coordinator for d

Doctoral studies for Francophone Africa and initiated the IPA Online Doctoral Assessment Programme, which has trained up to date, 13 Doctors from Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin and Ghana in various disciplines.

This flexible online doctoral assessment programme seeks to invade Africa progressively… The Founding and current President is Prof. Kwasi Nouwode; He is a bilingual missiologist and holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology with high managerial and consultancy aptitude including an expertise in Human Resource Management and Passenger Air Transportation and Tourism. Author of books and articles with worldwide travel experience.

Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
